Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values (as advertised).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
